Payment Methods
Our shop currently offers the following payment methods:
Prepayment (Bank transfer)
When selecting prepayment / bank-transfer upon checkout, the order will be taken without immediate payment.
You will receive an order confirmation via email which will contain the required bank details.
Goods are shipped after payment is received.
PayPal
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to PayPals checkout website. You must be registered and logged in to a PayPal account to use this payment method. After placing the oder, PayPal with precede with the paymant process.
This transaction will occur immediately after the order is placed. You will receive all needed instruction during the checkout process.
Shipping costs
In addition to the listen product prices, shipping cost will occur. These costs are not part of the listed sales prices.
Each order has its individial shipping costs, which are a result of the number of packages, their respective size and weight, and their destination.
Respective shipping costs are calculated and shown in the order process upon entry of the destination address
Shipping
We ship to Germany, Belgium , France, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Spain.
In case of delivery by parcel post, the delivery is made directly to the door of the apartment. If an order consists of multiple packages, these might be delivered on separate days.
Should you be out of house at time of the delivery, you will be informed about a second delivery atempt or collection at an outlet by the delivery company.
In the case of delivery by a forwarding agent, i.e. larger devices packed on a Euro pallet, delivery is made on a pallet up to the curb.
Due to the size of our products a dispatch to packing stations is not possible.
